My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I'm June Bug. I'm a beautiful medium haired grey and white lady with stunning green eyes.

I'm very sweet, but I haven't had an easy life. I was born outside and quickly became orphaned, without any siblings to help me through my kittenhood. I was outside alone for the first 10 months of my life before I came into foster care. My foster mom has really helped me blossom into the sweet lady I am, but I'm still fairly cautious of new people and new situations. Because of my rough past, I can be a bit more shy and sensitive. I'm still learning to trust the touch of people, so don't really like to be be petted or picked up yet.

However, I really enjoy other sweet animals like myself. I got to know big handsome Moose at my foster home and now we're inseparable! He's really helped me come out of my shell and now I'm ready to take on the world. And don't we make a beautiful pair of cats?

I like other cats too, but I could be easily bullied, so I want to be in a house where that won't happen. One of my favorite things to do is being groomed! Even though I will need patience to make sure I feel save, once I get settled I'm a fairly low maintenance kitty just looking for a home where I can be myself. I'll probably do best in a home without small children or active dogs.

I'm just about a year old and I can be adopted for $80, which includes my vaccinations, negative virus testing, spay, microchip, free vet visit voucher, and a free food and litter starter kit. Because of everything we've been through, I will need to be adopted with Moose, as he will help me adjust and blossom into the happy cat I'm meant to be. There's always a Buddy Discount to help him go home with me, so one of us will be half off. Won't you come meet us?
