BERNIE NEEDS A HOME!!!!!!!!!
This is Bernie. Bernie has been in foster care for a over YEAR. Bernie has not had any inquiries and we really do not understand why. While Bernie is safe in his foster home, it is not the ideal home for hm – he really needs deserves a forever home of his very own!
Bernie is a mellow chilldude with very few expectations. He wants a home, food, squeaky toys and an occasional walk or ride in the car. Bernie doesn’t need to snuggle, he just wants to sit at your feet, be near you and just hang out. He loves fleece squeaky toys Bernie has no desire to get on the furniture. Bernie will happily clean up any food that has been dropped on the floor. He enjoys shorts walks and rides in the car!
Bernie wants a home where he doesn’t have discipline the rambunctious young pups or put up with nosey toddlers. He just wants a laid back home. Bernie would be perfectly happy as an only dog. He is even good with cats! Bernie is a wonderful dog who deserves an awesome home!
Is there really no forever home for Bernie??????
Bernie is a 9 year old 37 lb (he could lose a pound or 2) Border Collie mix. He is neutered, chipped and current on all vet work. He is quiet, walks well on leash, and crate (though he doesn’t need it) and housetrained.
