Yoda's Story...
If you're an active family with older children and are looking for a sweet and fun dog then look no further!

Don't let his size fool you, Yoda has tons of energy and absolutely loves to play (families that are active and can give him a walk everyday are preferred), Yoda graduated from puppy classes at PetSmart and knows how to "sit", "look" and "stay" when he's not overly excited, he does fantastically in the car and loves to smell the air as you drive, he can get pretty excitable and likes to jump up and nibble (with dedication could be broken of that habit and families with older children and preferred), he also likes to try and sneak some of your food if you're not paying attention, and he's not a fan of strangers outside your home. He will need work with kennel training and lots and lots of exercise! He absolutely loves to sit or lay with you and soak up all the love you have to offer and considers himself a lap dog.

Yoda's adoption fee is $350 and includes all of his basic up-to-date vaccinations, rabies vaccination, neuter, and microchip. To fill out an application for Yoda please email connellpetrescue@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Yoda, a Kirkland Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Kirkland, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Kirkland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kirkland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kirkland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kirkland paves the way for another one to be saved.
