Cuddles mostly lives up to his name. He can make a perfectly round cat ball on your lap, as long as there is not a new toy being chased by his Mama or 4 other siblings who are visiting with us. He has been well-schooled in cat romp and wrestle but his most notable talent is his lack of table manners. He gets to the food dish first, puts his elbows out and growls while eating. Feathers (his sister) sidled up to get a nibble and he put his paw out and held it on her forehead to prevent her from moving toward the food all the while continuing to growl and eat. Otherwise, he is mastering lap sitting and has enrolled in the purr classes being taught by his Mama.
Are you interested in adopting Cuddles or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.
Completed applications can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center) or at Petsmart in Smithfield.
We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application for Cuddles.
Thanks for thinking adoption!
