Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Edith was the older of two dogs who have been seen loose on Poplar for a very long period of time. They were abandoned at a home when the owner was injured and moved in with a relative. When I was first alerted to these dogs, the younger silver very schnauzer looking one caught my eye as being the most adoptable of the pair. However once both were "in custody" Edith has shown herself to be an outstanding and loving sweet dog. She weighs 40 lbs and appears to be a larger schnauzer mix. She is probably 6+ years old. Edith tested heartworm pos and had mammary tumors. She was vaccinated, microchipped, spayed and had tumor removal. She has started pretreatment to cover her heartworms. Edith walks well on leash and is so grateful for any affection and attention shown to her. Her adoption fee is $200
