Brody's Story...
Brody and Tatum are two very sweet little pups who were surrendered to us. They are currently in our PADDLE Program (Prisoners and Dogs Developing Life Experiences) in our local jail. The inmates care for the pups while they complete their vetting and they work on basic training with them also. We've had wonderful feedback from adopters of pups from this program! The biggest comment across the board is that they are very social, happy, well-adjusted puppies. Brody and Tatum are no different - they greet you with big tail wags and wet sloppy kisses! They are being fostered in West TN and will be transported once their adoption is finalized. If you'd like to add one of these pups to your family, please visit our website at www.goofyfootrescue.org and fill out an online application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brody, a Allentown Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
