Bailey's Story...
Bailey is a 4-5 month old, 15-20 lb adorable terrier mix. She is super sweet and affectionate, with the typical terrier personality. She's big for her age now, so she'll probably mature to be on the larger side of medium. Bailey is great with all people, kids, other dogs big and small, and just has an overall happy, playful disposition. She is started on crate training and house training. Bailey is being fostered in Houston and will be transported upon adoption. Her fee is $700 and includes all vetting and transport costs

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bailey, a Glastonbury Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Standard) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Standard) for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Standard) puppy from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Standard) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
