My story

Come on down to Friendship for Kirby! He's a 6 year old Maltese mix. Little Kirby was a gift to his owners by their daughter. They now realize they just don't have enough time to do right by Kirby. He is house trained, and will signal when he has to go out by putting his paw on your leg. He is high-energy for a little guy, and could use some leash training. Kirby lived with a cat and they were good friends. He has only been with other dogs as visitors but was fine with them. It's best if kids in the family are older. Stop by for this tiny bundle of energy. Kirby was adopted and returned after 24 hours because he tried to be "alpha" dog with their senior dog. Kirby did not like sharing owners attention. He became possessive of owners.
