MEET KENNY! Kenny is a 10 months young, sweet, happy, fun, smart and very, very handsome pup. He loves being with his people. Kenny came to his foster home knowing pretty much nothing; a blank slate. Kenny is eager to please and has learned so much and so quickly. He knew sit and has since learned "leave it" and "wait". He is working on "quiet", "watch me" and walking calmly on a leash.
Kenny got the doggie door immediately and goes potty outside. Although he will sleep quietly in his crate overnight, he much prefers to sleep with his people. He greets us every morning with contagious joy and smothers us with hugs and cuddles.
Kenny loves to go for walks, rides well in the car, and adores toys of all kinds. He just loves to play and if he cannot get us or the resident dogs to play with him he will throw toys around and entertain himself. Kenny is a strong, active and breathtakingly gorgeous chocolate boy with incredibly soulful eyes.
We are working on mild separation anxiety and barking when someone new comes into our home. Kenny is taking the cue from the resident dogs and is learning quickly how to better react. Because he is so young and has so much to learn, training is recommended with his adoption, especially so he will not pull when on a leash. Kenny would make a good jogging or agility partner.
We are looking for a home that understands that a young dog has much to learn and someone that will love him unconditionally. His perfect home would have a yard to sun and play in and other small dogs to play with and keep him company. No apartments or children under ten for this very active and alive boy.

Arrangements can be made with the foster parent; however, it is a requirements that the Adoption Application be completed and approved first.
