Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Huck is a Terrier - probably mixed with Poodle. He weighs 11 pounds and is about a year old. Huck is a bit cautious when he first meets people but he warms up quickly and is such a little love bug. He loves to wrestle and play with the other small dogs in his foster home. He likes stuffed toys, chewies and his ball. Also, car rides seems to make him happy. Huck needs some work on leash walking. He has not been around children so would do best in an adult only family.
(An adoption donation of $300 is required.) If you are interested in adopting this dog, please email CHEW Dog Rescue at pawsontherun@gmail.com and ask for the adoption application form. If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
