Jasmine's Story...
Jasmine is a 4-5 year female shepherd mix that showed up as a stray. When her owners (new and previous) were contacted, one no longer wanted her and the other was not able to keep her. Jasmine may be an adult dog, but she is all puppy at heart. She loves to toss around the squeaky toys, play fetch and to ride in the car. Jasmine loves to be around people and does well with most other dogs. She will do best in a home with a secure fenced in back yard (seeing she has a problem staying put) and with a family that is willing to work on her less than perfect manners. This beauty knows "sit" and well, she is working on the rest. She appears to be house broken, but with a change in environment accidents can happen. This sweet girl has a lot to offer, what do you have to offer her? Let's find her a forever home so she will know what it is to wanted again.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jasmine, a Fennville German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Fennville, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Fennville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fennville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fennville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fennville paves the way for another one to be saved.
