Sacramento- Oscar is the other half of our "odd couple" puppies. We are unsure of his breed but he looks like a spaniel mix if some sort. He was born about May 7th, and although ended up at the shelter alone, he has a buddy (Felix) to help socialize him. His favorite things are licking inside people's nostrils and snacking (maybe the first is related to the second). He is a sweet boy who will be ready for adoption on 7/28 and he will be neutered, microchipped, he has start ed his puppy shots and has been dewormed.
