DeDe is a 4-year-old, Manchester Terrier/Chihuahua mix who weighs about 8 pounds. She was turned into one of our vets as a stray. She was chipped and the previous owners were contacted and they did not want her back. She is very sweet but quite timid. We are working on increasing her self-confidence.
We suggest a home with children over the age of 10 for this dog. This dog cannot be adopted out of state. Please see our home page for a list of our Saturday adoption sites. Every potential adopter is required to fill out an adoption application and the dog is placed in the home that would be most suitable for the dog. We do not place our dogs in homes with unfenced swimming pools. Generally we don't release the dogs at the adoption site that day except on occasion to former adopters.
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please email FCIAadoptions@aol.com or call 619.466.9137.
