Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mac is a great 1-year-old boy who lost his home because his family was having trouble handling a toddler and a young beagle! Both can be a challenge! Mac is 14 inches tall and a solid 30 pounds. He has the biggest brown freckles on his legs that I have ever seen on a tri colored beagle!
Mac is house broken as well as dog door and crate trained. He has pretty good house manners for a young boy. In his foster home he has the run of the house, but he has a brat pack to paly with and some one is home most of the time. Mac loves to play. He must have been miserable as an only dog. He excels at beagle wrestling and loves to play chase and tug of war. I have caught him and the other 1-year-old in the house trying to play pull the puppy apart, but most of the time, Mac is very gentle with the youngest member of the brat pack! He has a big bay when he sees anyone close to his yard, but it pretty quiet most of the time.
When the games are done and he is ready for a nap, this boy wants to be close to you. He has a sweet and loving nature that will only mature as he gets older. Mac needs an active family who will give him lots of exercise and a canine companion or two to play with during the day when everyone he loves is busy at work and school.
