Augustus's Story...
**Augustus is currently being fostered in HOUSTON. He is available for out-of-state adoption as well to the perfect family. His adoption fee is $375, which helps covers his flight to his new family, a travel kennel, and he is vetted.**

Augustus was pulled from the local kill shelter. How this gorgeous kitten ended up there baffles us. He is so handsome, inside and out. He is a purring, loving machine. He will often crawl on his foster mom’s shoulders for attention. One of his pictures is actually of him doing this! He loves other cats and even likes dogs! This baby is a gem and deserves an amazing home!

**Augustus is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, FIV & FeLV Negative, Dewormed and doing very well in his foster home. He is ready to find his family to complete his transformation. If our sweet boy sounds like a perfect match for your family, please email us at pawhuggers@gmail.com for more information or to complete an adoption application please go to www.pawhuggers.org, hover over the Adoptables tab and then click on Adoption Application. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Augustus, a Gorham Siamese kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Gorham, or seeking a Siamese kitten from a breeder in Gorham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gorham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gorham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gorham paves the way for another one to be saved.
