Meet CHEWY in Rhode Island
We do not transport dogs out of the area. We ask that you live within 50 miles of the dog's location. We are an all volunteer organization and can only respond when a completed application is filed. We do list our requirements, so please read carefully. Sometimes the ad states the date the dog is expected to arrive into Rhode Island....so please don't be discouraged if you don't hear right back. All dogs are adopted through contract.
WHAT A FABULOUS DOG! Friendly and playful. He loves being with his people and dog pal. . He is easy going and not high energy . He loves sitting with you or on your lap. He does go nicely into his crate too. Ideally he having a playmate and room to run around would be the perfect home for him. He is ready for his forever home after his meet and greets by appointment only. YOU MUST FILE AN APPLICATION AND I WILL NOT BE RESPONDING TO ANY INQUIRIES WITHOUT A FILED APPLICATION. We are all working folks with full time jobs and happily volunteer to help these rescued dogs. The photo shows his before and after a grooming. He was found terribly matted and I'm sure he is feeling much better. He is now about 10 lbs and about 2 years old. He is fully vetted and neutered. DON'T WAIT............THIS BOY IS A GEM. (BTW, he does not know his name...so you can freely rename him)

Once we have reviewed your application and think it is a match we will notify you. Please understand that as these dogs are fostered we do get to know them and have a good idea of their forever home. We do NOT save applications, but you may put multiple names on one application. We do not choose by a first come first serve basis. So if the dog is still up on the site, consider the dog AVAILABLE. We do take down quickly when adopted.
