Scruffy's Story...
Scruffy is an adorable small baby, so she is just beginning to explore the playing world. Bronwen has nursed her through her infant days, along with her three, and Wendy, Terra, and Paul have snuggled with her to keep her warm. Scruffy is eating solid food and using the litter box, so she can now be adopted. Enjoy watching all of her firsts, as she has just entered the world of firsts. Officially, our animals are to be given three weeks to be adopted and then euthanized, so if you are thinking of offering one a loving, forever home, please do not hesitate!

Estimated Date of Birth - 7/29/08

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scruffy, a Fulton Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Fulton, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Fulton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fulton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fulton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fulton paves the way for another one to be saved.
