My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gosh darn it, don’t I just have the cutest little name? My mama done good with that! It matches my cute little face, my cute little rump, and my pretty little eyes. Yup, I’m just a sweet little ‘ol Georgia Peach! True to my Ridgeback instincts I am also very loyal and very protective of the ones I love, so I will need an adult only, low-traffic home where I will be allowed plenty of time to warm up to strangers. I’m young, active, and when I’m in my playgroup I do love playing with the other dogs almost as much as I hate kitty cats! With proper introductions, I may be able to share my home with the correctly matched dog but going to the dog park is a bit more than I can handle. I am already crate trained and housebroken too – Sure, I could use a bit more in the training department, but I’m smart, pick up new things really quickly and am super eager to please my person, so that should be fun! I am lacking in the confidence department so a good confidence boost will do wonders for me! This whole rescue business has my head spinnin’, and I can’t tell which way is up! But I promise, you help me find the surface, and I’ll promise you to be the sweetest companion I can.

5 years old-58lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes spay, microchip & registration, 1 month pet health insurance, reduced-cost training class, free vet exam, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.
