Important Note

Mimi is best friends with Daisy. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Mimi is a sweet and smart little girl approximately 7 years of age. Mimi and her sister, Daisy, were rescued from a shelter where they were sent when their person passed away. Mimi loves to hang out with her sister and go for car rides. She likes to observe her surroundings and get to know new people - especially if they have a delicious treat to share! Mimi is definitely a K-9 foodie! Mimi and her sister will make a wonderful pair of companions for any family...so long as they are generous with treats!

About For the Love of Animals

Come Meet Our Pets...

Every Saturday from 1 PM - 5 PM, we are at the Petco in San Dimas. Come visit us! If you are interested in a specific dog or cat you see on our page, please contact us prior to visiting so that we can be sure to have him or her there (as not all our animals are at each adoption event).

Our Adoption Process...

When you visit FLA at an adoption event, you will see many dogs and cats in need of adoption. We work with all breeds and all ages. Our goal is to match person to pet in a way that compliments temperaments and lifestyles. Here is a brief breakdown of what to expect from our adoption process:
a. Talk with an FLA representative about a dog or cat.
b. Fill out a simple, one-page application form.
c. Agree to a quick yard-check if necessary (to check
for a safe perimeter of the yard when adopting a
dog).
d. Fill out adoption paperwork, print an ID tag and
take your new family member home!

Once you have adopted from FLA, we remain a support system for you. We are here to answer any questions you may have as you bring your new dog or cat into your home.
