Pumpkin Spice's Story...
The wonderful Pumpkin Spice is back at LCHS and in search of her forever home! Unfortunately her new doggy sister did not take to Pumpkin like her new brother did. Pumpkin is not at fault for her return- she plays very well with other dogs, loves children, romping around the yard and snuggling up with her humans are just a few of her favorite things to do! She has also come back with a few new tricks up her sleeve!
So if you are looking to make a great new addition, please consider Pumpkin Spice! She is around 1 yr old, current on vaccinations, spayed, micro-chipped, SNAP 4Dx tested- Negative x4 and ready to pounce into her new home today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pumpkin Spice, a New Castle Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer for sale in New Castle, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog from a breeder in New Castle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Castle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Castle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Castle paves the way for another one to be saved.
