My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Bojangle and I was born on September 1, 2014. I am a 12 pound bichon. I was born in a puppy mill and the owner of the mill kept me to breed. I was not able to make any puppies in the first two years of my life so the farmer decided I should be destroyed. Thankfully he took me to a vet for euthanasia and the vet convinced him to sign me over. That's when I became an A Tail to Tell dog. This is my tale. I am young and beautiful. I so desperately want to play with toys but I don't know what to do with them. I want to sit on my foster Mommy's lap but to do that I make her catch me. Once I'm in her lap I don't want to be anywhere else. I'm safe there. I'm even starting to lick her face and hands. I like when she looks at me and tells me to hang tight. That means I'm getting a treat. I like other dogs. I like time outside. I like everything about my new life I'm just not sure how to react to all this goodness. It's all new to me. I eat from a bowl now and I drink from a bowl. I'm a very gentle young man without an ounce of aggression. I will need a secure fenced yard and a human who understands my fears.
