Meet the most special puppy! Ray Charles was born without eyes and surrendered to rescue. We had his eyelids surgically closed to prevent infection and irritation. Ray is a sweet baby who loves to cuddle. He is 4 months old and beautiful inside and out. He loves to play with other dogs and explore!
