I am already neutered, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
This little cutie was dumped by his first family. We Believe because of his medical condition. He has a genetic disorder called Legg Perthes. Which affects his hip joint. Lucky for him his foster mom wasted no time getting him to the vet and getting his surgery done. The surgery eliminated his pain. The only thing left to do now is build up the muscles in his leg so he can begin to walk on it again. Due to this and the fact that he only weighs 3 pounds there will be restrictions for his new family. Such as no children, no large dogs, and you he must have a fenced-in yard. If you think you are the right person for Sebastian please contact his foster mom at email@example.com
