Batman's Story...
If Batman was a real boy, he’d surely have a cape. Batman loves to run and play. He is an explorer but he is cautious when he finds new things. He jumps real high when playing with a feather at the end of a stick. He gets along with all the other kittens in the communal room and he is affectionate and loving with people. Batman is smart and he knows to run to his dish if you say “eat” and when you say nighty night, he climbs to the top of his tower to go to sleep. Batman is a short-haired black and white kitten. Originally fostered, he has adjusted well to shelter life. He is still a kitten, born 6/13/16. He is current on his shots and litter box trained. He will be fixed when he is old enough. Are you ready for a super hero in your life?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Batman, a McCormick Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in McCormick, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in McCormick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in McCormick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a McCormick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in McCormick paves the way for another one to be saved.
