Spike has some beauiful markings and a friendly guy. He needs someone to pay him some attenion. he could be great with other animals even cats, it's just something they don't know because they are kept in cages and separated from cats. He is about 2 years old . We find that many we take and foster are already housebroken, and good with other animals or learn quickly to be. The shelter is at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive ,(off Wilma Sigmon Rd) in Lincolnton. It is newly remodeled too. Hours of operation for adopting are 11 to 4:30 , Mon-sat. Ph: 704 736 4125. you can adopt the same day and the dog then goes to the vet to be spayed or neutered and you pick up at the vets. For only $85 you get the spay or neuter, rabies vaccines, disease preventative vaccination a worming, a microchip and even 30 days of free pet health insurance. Their lives depend upon your adoption. Thank you for looking. Some of our dogs can be seen at Denver Canine Club at 7987 Natalie Commons Pkway in Denver, NC from 10 to 3 beginning Sat Sept 10
We focus on helping cats and dogs in LIncoln County Animal Control who are in danger of being euthanized. We take them to pet adoptions as well as list them. We also try to feature or help foster those who have been at animal control the longest and in danger of not making it out.
Please volunteer if you are in the North Charlotte area or willing to drive to Lincoln County area to help. We need help with set up and take down at adoption events besides interacting and helping the public with adoptions on Saturdays in Huntersville.
We are in need of a photographer willing to go the shelter weekly to photograph the animals . Nothing fancy just someone willing to take them out for pictures so they will get exposure to the public.
re in need of foster homes desperately to save dogs, cats and kittens from euthanasia.
