Harry (& Hermione)'s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Harry (& Hermione)'s Story...
Meet Harry! He was rescued from one of LA's shelters with his buddy, Hermione. What a "magical" pair of pups these two are!!

Harry is a happy, silly, playful, affectionate kind of guy. LOVES to give kisses and has never met a stranger. Great with other dogs, people and kids. Loves to go for walks. Good in the car. Such a sweet, sweet guy. A joy to be around. He loves his human and will follow you everywhere. Always in a good mood, and you will be too if you spend just a little bit of time with him.

Sweet Harry is about six years old, neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all his shots. He just had a dental and his teeth are shiny and new! He's a healthy guy who spreads happiness wherever he goes. About 15 pounds. Great smile!!

And check-out his buddy Hermione. (She's the last photo.) They were surrendered to the shelter together, but we don't necessarily think they are a "bonded pair." They are, however, great together and a home together would be amazing. And trust us, two dogs is easier than one, particularly with this magical pair. Not sure you're ready to commit? How about fostering?? You supply the love. We supply everything else. We're sure that if you give him/them a try, you won't regret it!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harry (& Hermione), a Los Angeles Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
