Seymour and his siblings were left in a high kill rural shelter when tiny babies. Seymour had something wrong with his eyes, and the whole little family went to stay with the Vet Clinic for a couple weeks. During that time, the Vet evaluated his eyes. She said there was nothing to be done about the cloudy film on the eyes. She also said that Seymour could see somewhat. Seymour and his new friend Helen were moved from their Kentucky foster home to a foster home in Virginia where they could go to a Veterinary ophthalmologist and have eye surgery. Both are in recovery, doing well, and are active and adorable!
If you are able to consider adopting Seymour or Helen, please email KYCatRescue@gmail.com. Seymour's adoption fee is $125 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
