Alice's Story...
It seems sometimes like we are the senior rescue, but we just love them.... and know that you will too!

Meet Alice who is a petite and precious Shih Tzu. She is ten years old with very little gray, she says ;)

Alice is a spunky gal with a spring in her little step. She has lots of kisses to give, and she understands she's quite cute. She is going to require eye drops the rest of her life but she will not only let you give her her drops easily, but is also very appreciative.

Alice is spayed, up to date on her vaccines, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $180.00.

You can meet Alice on Sunday at our event --
Sunday 11am-2pm
Pet Club
93rd Street & Shea Blvd in Scottsdale

Or, request an adoption application and we might be able to coordinate a meet & greet before Sunday.

We just love this little doll!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alice, a Phoenix Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
