Meet SLINKY, apx 3-yr-old, 14 lbs., Dachshund and Chihuahua blend! SLINKY was originally found as a stray in Silverlake, underweight and covered in fleas
SLINKY was neutered and groomed and now he is looking for his Best Human Friend & Forever Home.
SLINKY is a handsome little boy. He is very friendly, has a sweet personality, and enjoys the company and friendships of both humans and other dogs.
SLINKY is a pleasure to spend time with. And true to SLINKY's Dachshund nature, he seems to be very confident, observant, alert and focused wherever he is and wherever he goes. And when you look into his eyes, you can feel his depth and get the sense that he is an old soul with a lot of experience. SLINKY is playful and sometimes rough-houses in fun with the other dogs. He can be selective in his choices, but would probably be happy if the adopter had another dog he could pal around with. SLINKY is full grown and weighs 16 lbs. He is up to date with all shots and microchipped. SLINKY has been in foster care for 9 months and is adoptable now. SLINKY is housebroken and crate trained at night. SLINKY can Fetch and Sit on command. SLINKY is being represented by Ken-Mar Rescue, a non-profit, 501c3, all volunteer small dog rescue organization based out of Los Angeles.
