Hello there! My name is Zeus and I am a 2 year old handsome man. I came to Power of the Paw after I was owner to surrendered to the shelter with my sister. My sister has since been adopted and I'm still looking for a forever family. I went on a trial run, but the cat and I couldn't get along. I've previously lived with cats, so I think it's just the cat that doesn't like me. I'd like to go to a home without cats, though. That way I don't have to worry about them not liking me again. 

I did well with other dogs at the shelter, but since my energy has built up from lack of exercise, I am being reactive with other dogs. I likely can get along with other dogs with a very slow introduction. I am an active, young boy who needs someone who will take me on a run or long walk daily. With my breed mixtures, I need to be kept active. I am calm in the house but I definitely need to burn off energy. If you're wanting a running companion, have no fear! ZEUS is here! 

When on a walk, I get very distracted by smells, squirrels and other animals. I need someone who can redirect my attention and work with me on training. I have very good house manners, and I know basic commands. I adjust very quickly to a routine and know that I can learn your routine quickly. I don't need to be crated when you leave and know how to use a doggie door with ease. I've never had an accident in the house, and am very quick to learn.
