Hi Everyone! Our names are Spencer and Petrie. We are a happily bonded pair of female cockatiels, approximately 16 yrs old, who have lived together for all of our lives. We have always been loved and well taken care of. Originally we lived with a great man up until he passed. We were then given to his neighbor who loved us dearly but due to life's circumstances, she was forced to find a new home for us.
We are so thankful that the wonderful folks at FPR found us and took us to a new, temporary home. Our new foster mother is super nice to us. She took us to the birdie doctor when she first got us. The dr said that because we are used to flying we could only get a "baby" wing clip because we could hurt ourselves if all of a sudden we couldn't fly at all anymore. Our foster mom understands that we can still sort of fly and she lets us fly around her house.
We are not picky eaters and love fresh fruits and vegetables. We will come out and play with our foster mother as long as she has fruits and vegetables in her hand. Lately, we've been really warming up to her and we let her pick us up whenever she wants to. She keeps telling us how sweet and how pretty we are so we reward her with whistles and cute little chirps.
We must be adopted together because we would miss each other greatly. We are sisters in every sense of the word. We even argue! But we love each other greatly. We cannot wait to go to our new forever home and show our new parronts the same love that we show each other. Could our new forever home be with you? Please come meet us and let's find out!

An avian veterinarian has properly vetted all birds before they are placed up for adoption. Adoption fees include the bird's cage IF the bird has a cage - most do, but please ask!
