Kizzy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Kizzy's Story...
Kizzy and her 3 puppies found themselves in need of rescue from an overcrowded shelter. She has been a star border and the best of moms even with all the turmoil going on around them. Kizzy has the sweetest personality and loves her belly rubbed best of all. Must be nice after having the kids yanking on her all day. This poor girl has been a trooper and so sad that she was a stray left to fend for herself and her pups. She is gaining weight now and looking pretty spiffy. Her pups will be completely weaned by 10/9 and she will be available after her spay 10/12. You can make arrangements to meet her and apply before then though.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kizzy, a Grants Pass Pekingese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pekingese for sale in Grants Pass, or seeking a Pekingese dog from a breeder in Grants Pass.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grants Pass already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grants Pass breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pekingese breeders who help with Pekingese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grants Pass paves the way for another one to be saved.
