My name is Marcus!

Domestic Shorthair Cat for adoption in Seville, Ohio - Marcus

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Marcus's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Marcus's Story...
No one is quite sure how Marcus found his way into a Marc's store, but we do know that the employees report that he found where they kept the cat food! Unfortunately, there was no job opening for "store cat" available, so Marcus came to us!

This guy is so very, very friendly! And he's a snuggly fellow, too! He must have been shopping for love because that's what he wants the most!

Looking for an adventuresome and super nice cat? Stop in to meet Marcus today!

Marcus has made a BFF at the shelter by the name of Scooter. They do not have to be adopted together but I bet they would like to be!

Marcus has been vaccinated, wormed, spayed/neutered and tested negative for FELV/FIV which is all included in the $65 adoption fee. If you would like to adopt this cat, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays) All cats must leave the shelter in a carrier. If you do not bring one with you, one must be purchased at the shelter if available for $5.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marcus, a Seville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Seville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Seville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seville paves the way for another one to be saved.
