Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dexter is an adorable three month old Plott Hound. He was rescued from living outside under a cardboard box along with another puppy. He is now safe in a foster home living nicely with other dogs. He is comfortable with both small and large dogs. Before being adopted he will be neutered, micro chipped and be current on vaccinations.
Dexter currently weighs twelve pounds. He is loving, smart and confident. He will be a very loyal and wonderful companion for the right family. His new family will need to be firm patient leaders (not an ideal breed for first time owners). Also being an energetic puppy, he can be rambunctious around toddlers and babies. Older children would be best.
Dexter will need a yard to run and play in; it would be great if he had another dog to play with. This little guy listens and is always by your side. He is a great little eater and sleeps through the night. Dexter uses piddle pads and he is working on his potty training. Dexter is a happy little boy who is waiting for his perfect family to find him and treasure him forever!
