Tank's Story...
"T" is for trained! "A" is for adoptable! "N" is for neutered! "K" is for kid-friendly! What do you get? You get an awesome dog named TANK! This great guy is approximately 5 years old and was surrendered to SVFA because of his owners declining health. Tank is a Boxer mix that has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is house trained, kennel trained, walks well on a leash, stays in the yard when he's off leash, gets along well with other dogs and cats and kid friendly! The only thing we know that Tank doesn't like is getting his toe nails trimmed. It takes an army to get the job done! Tank is going to get adopted quickly because he's so great! Give us a call at 840-5047!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tank, a Valley City Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Valley City, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Valley City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Valley City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Valley City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Valley City paves the way for another one to be saved.
