My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Orvis. As you can tell by my pictures, I am a very handsome Beagle mix. I am 4 years old and am a well-trained smart boy. I was found as a stray with my brother in Kentucky as a puppy. I was moved by arescue to Wisconsin where I was adopted by a wonderful, nurturing family. I lived with that family and their three dogs over two years. I have separation anxiety and would get very upset when anyone left. I particularly do not like crates. I take Benedryl in the summer as my paws itch from the grass. The medicine works great and I don’t have any problems. I asked my foster mom what she likes best about me. She said how snuggly I am and that I am always willing to go on a walk or run with her. I love to put my head on her shoulder. I like kids and other dogs, and horses too!


This dog's adoption fee is $250. Adopters must live within 150 miles or a 3 hour drive of the Quad City area.
