Fanny's Info...

I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Fanny's Story...
Fanny is a senior gal just looking for love and a soft bed. We are looking for someone who wishes to have the companionship of an easy-going, very friendly dog, but doesn't feel they can afford to take on any possible medical costs of a senior dog.

Fanny is part of Brittany Rescue AZ's "Wanna Doggy -- Foster for Life Program". Brittany Rescue AZ will pay for all of Fanny's medical care and grooming while in a foster home. The foster will just need to provide love, food and exercise.

Fanny is a bit overweight, so daily walks and a healthy diet would be great. She's super sweet and gets along with other dogs. She hasn't been tested, but I suspect she's ok with cats too!

Please contact us at britrescueaz@cox.net or call 602-501-1844 if you are interested in learning more about Fanny.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fanny, a Phoenix Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
