Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Lola, a lab mix who is about 18 months old and currently weighs 48 pounds. This beautiful, sweet dog has been through a lot. Lola spent much of her life tied to a tree, so she was taken away from her owner and put in a shelter until the case was resolved. A rescue person kept track of her case, got her out of the shelter when she had nowhere to go, and contacted Adopt-A-Pet.
Lola is now safely indoors at a foster home, where she has quickly adjusted to the comforts of being "an inside dog". She is crate trained, house-trained, and learning to walk nicely on a leash. Lola is gentle with cats, great with kids of all ages, and loves playing with other dogs. She knows her name and comes when called. Although Lola hasn't learned to love car rides yet, she sits perfectly during the drive, and her size makes it easy to lift her into the car.
Lola may have had a rough beginning but you would never know it. She is calm, sweet, very well behaved, and gorgeous. She is eager to learn new tricks, and has a lot of love to give. Lola truly is a people pleaser and ready for a family to call her own.
Lola's adoption fee of $350 includes: vet exam, distemper combo vaccination, rabies and bordetella vaccinations, flea/tick control, Heart worm test and preventative, routine deworming, microchip and spay.
