Fluff's Story...
Hi, my name is FLUFF and I am a 5 year old MAINE COON mix male. As my name suggests, I am a BIG ball of fluff weighing in at 10 pounds. You’ve no doubt noticed that I am an EXTREMELY HANDSOME guy with a shaggy coat, fluffy tail, and big eyes. You might be wondering why I’m on this site looking for a home. Well not too long ago, my owner became ill and he was no longer able to care for me. Posh Pets sprung into action and here I am ready to find my forever home. My stats are: I’m good with KIDS. I’m PLAYFUL. I like other CATS. (Not a fan of dogs) I enjoy being PET. And I’m a great COMPANION CAT. Want to find out more about me? I’m available for meet and greets. Check me out! I am neutered, UTD on shots, and FIV/FeLV negative.

To meet me, fill out the CAT ADOPTION APPLICATION at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fluff, a Long Beach Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
