Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tawny at 9 years of age found herself in a shelter south of Houston. This little cutie is only 15 pounds and not quite 12 inches tall. Her faded tri color coat is looking pretty good after a steady diet of good food.
Tawny is house broken with great house manners and leaned to navigate the doggie door quickly. Her easy going personality makes her a good pack member, but she is able to keep the two beagle boys in the pack in order. She is small enough that she can get out of the doggie traffic by hiding under a table! Tawny is a pretty quiet girl, but will go outside to join in a barking contest with the other dogs go after an invader!
She loves to ride in the truck and is a very good walker. This sweet and friendly girl loves the kids she meets on her walks in the neighborhood. We are not sure how she will be around cats.
Tawny is very low keyed and never demanding of your attention. She does enjoy the occasional cuddle, so would probably love to have a person who has more time to snuggle. She will make someone a great companion. Please apply today to come and meet this wonderful little bundle of love!
