Molly's Story...
Molly gave birth to her royal family of 6 puppies, SIX PUPPIES just 4 days after being rescued from High Kill Baldwin Park animal shelter. She was deemed "rescue only" due to her far along pregnancy and the shelter was giving her until that day to get rescued. We were happy to have Molly even though she was so uncomfortable with being very pregnant and scared. Although fearful, Molly does not act aggressive at all. She has most likely been an outside dog her entire 5 yrs of life. So we are working wonders with her, she is now loving and trustful, she takes about 2 days to get the hang of the routine in a new place. She may still be shy, but with food (who doesn't like food) that is the key to her heart. She is starting to love and enjoy her walks now too, more confident walking ahead of you rather than behind. Molly is ALL corgi with none of the crazy barking! Feed her once, and you'll be her BFFL. Molly will be ready for her new home within 4 weeks, we will happily accept applications and arrange meet and greets, but will keep her in foster until she is fully ready! See our adoption form www.gonetothedogsrescue.org. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Redondo Beach Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi for sale in Redondo Beach, or seeking a Corgi dog from a breeder in Redondo Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redondo Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redondo Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi breeders who help with Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redondo Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
