My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Guten tag! My name is Max, I’m a three year old dapper Dachshund dude. I am neutered and have had all my vaccinations. I’m proud to say I’m in perfect health!
I love my mom & dad & they adore me but they have recently been blessed with new grandchildren & the small children's sudden movements & noises really frighten me. It takes me little time to get to know new people but once I make friends I am a very devoted doggie!

I enjoy going for walks, rides in the car & playing in the yard. I love cuddling with my mom and gnawing on my antler. I’ve never had the opportunity to meet a cat, so I don’t know what they are like to be around. I like other dogs my size but bigger dogs scare me too. I love sleeping in the bed with mom when dad is traveling, I am crate trained & house trained with regular potty breaks or free access to a fenced yard.

If you have room in your heart & home for a sweet little guy who just likes a quiet life & wants to share unconditional love & licks, I would love to meet you!
