Rockster's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Rockster's Story...
Up for adoption: Rockster! This handsome yellow stallion can be adopted in New England and Texas!

He is 2 years old and weighs 55 pounds. Rockster has become the ultimate ladies man and man's best friend!

He has a fun loving personality which makes it easy to fall in love with him. His big appearance fools people as he acts like he is a lap dog most of the time. He's very kind, gentle, and listens when spoken to.

Rockster already knows SIT and LAY DOWN. He is very friendly and gets along great with other dogs. He is a social bug when it comes to playtime at the dog park. But then turns into a lazy lounger when he's at home.

Rockster loves chewing on bones more than playing with dog toys. He is good at sharing food with other dogs and is okay when his foster human has hand on bowl while eating. He's very attentive as he will follow you wherever you go in the house.

Rockster is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and housebroken.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rockster, a Brattleboro Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
