Peaches is approx. 6 months old. She is spayed and up-to-date on all medical. She is heartworm negative and on heartworm preventative.  She is a sweet girl who loves kids and other dogs. She is crate and  house-trained.  Peaches is funny and has a great personality.  She is active and would do well with an active family or at least a fenced in yard to run off some energy.

About Our Rescue Group...

Old Fella Burke County Animal Rescue, Inc. is a rescue based in Waynesboro, GA. Old Fella's primary objectives are to build a "no-kill" animal shelter, to aid in the rescue and rehabilitation of abused and abandoned animals, to help stop the over population of animals, to provide humane care and treatment for all animals needing protection in the area served by the organization, to seek to return lost animals to their owners, to seek suitable homes for animals without owners, and to provide euthanasia when it is deemed necessary as a humane means to end an animal's suffering.

Our Adoption Process...

Old Fella Burke County Animal Rescue does require an adoption application, home visit, and adoption fee to adopt our animals. We require that adopters have a fenced yard.

The adoption fee covers spaying or neutering, up-to-date healthcare and vaccinations for all of our animals. Local adopters are invited to attend, free of charge, obediance classes offered by professional dog handlers when available.
