Peggy Sue's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Peggy Sue's Story...
Howdy! I'm Peggy Sue. I'm a 7-8 pound, 3-year or so little girl. I love being with people and other dogs. I can get a little snarky with other girl dogs, but only for a minute or two, then I'm just fine. I like the dogs in my foster home and we play well together. My big foster brother is my BFF. I am very social, quite sweet, and love to sit on my foster mom's lap. I even like foster mom's cat. He's cool. I really, really, really like mealtime, it's my favorite time of the day.

I'm looking for my very own family to live and play with and I hope I find them soon. I get sort of nervous around small children. If you want me to come live with you, please email my foster mom, Mary, at somadrescue@yahoo.com and ask for an application!!

Love,

Peggy Sue

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peggy Sue, a Greensboro Pug/Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Pomeranian for sale in Greensboro, or seeking a Pug/Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Greensboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greensboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greensboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Pomeranian breeders who help with Pug/Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greensboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
