Bruno's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Bruno's Story...
Bruno is a purebred 18 month old mellow boy who was surrendered to the shelter because his owner was moving. Bruno is very sweet and loves attention from people and other dogs. When we introduced him at the dog Meet, he immediately went into a play bow eager to play. He showed no reaction when tested with food meaning he let us handle to bowl and his face while he ate. As an 18 month old, Bruno will of course need to have an adopter familiar with the breed and large dogs. He will need the boundaries and obedience normal for a pup his age. If you'd like to be considered for Bruno, contact Beth at kaya1227@comcast.net

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruno, a Frederick Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Frederick, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Frederick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Frederick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Frederick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Frederick paves the way for another one to be saved.
