"Blueberry"'s Story...
Courtesy post*
Meet Blueberry! He has the most soulful spirit, and the biggest brown eyes, that will melt your heart, yet make you feel a bit sad. because you can almost see his life story.
At 11 years young, Blueberry's human passsed away. Up until this point, Blueberry was loved, secure and had a life filled with everything a dog would want forever. Blueberry would love to have home that is easy going routine and relaxed. He would love to rest on a warm lap and become your best friend. Blueberry is a 11 years young, healthy, spry and walks well on a leash. Blueberry is a quiet, cuddly little muffin. He is a little shy and a slow approach wins him over. This sweet boy has lived with other dogs previously, and as with any roommate situation, Blueberry loves some dogs but is not a fan of puppies or overactive type dogs. Blueberry is not a fan of small children, but would probably be okay with older (12+) children in the home. Blueberry is very relaxed and easy going with calm adults. He would love a forever person to snuggle with. If interested please submit an online adoption application at www.6dogrees.com
Blueberry is fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped. For more information please call Emerald City Pet Rescue at 206-557-4661 to meet Blueberry!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

"Blueberry", a Seattle Chihuahua/Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Pug for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Chihuahua/Pug dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Pug breeders who help with Chihuahua/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
