Hello!!!!!! Johva here!!!!!! Did anyone mention to you that I have the biggest, warmest heart in the world????? I come from avery prestigious pedigree of Lab and Boston Terrier mix. I weigh 45lbs of nothing but handsome and I know it!!! I am approximately 10 months old and have been altered. Believe me all my shots are up to date and I am in tip top shape and looking for a forever home. Will you be mine???? I am very friendly and hardly ever meet a stranger. I have alot of energy and love to play. Would be great if you have a big fenced yard for me to play in cause at night I prefer the safety and comfort of being inside. I am kennel trained and mind very well. My foster mom says I have a quirk " I wont eat unless I am in the kennel" she thinks its odd, but I consider it classy to have my own little private dinner. I love children, cats and smaller dogs. Big ones scare me sometimes so I have to warm up to them until I know I can trust them. I walk very well on a leash and the going to the dog park is one of my favorite pass times. TV remotes and cellphones are my weakness so be sure to have lots of things for me to chew on or lots of spares. To love me is to meet me!!!!!! I am up for a meet, treat and hug date how about you???

About Hickman Humane Society

About Our Rescue Group...

Our mission and focus is to benefit the lives of the animals and people in our county by providing for the humane treatment of pets thru foster care, appropriate medical care, rehabilitation of pets, comprehensive adoption coordination, consistent spay/neuter funding programs and public education with a goal of reducing the homeless pet population, irresponsible breeding and the prevention of cruelty and neglect to animals.

Donate to Our Rescue Group...

Since ALL of our funding is from donations (we are not supported by a government agency), fundraising and a few spay/neuter grants, we always need monetary donations and food and supply donations including straw and bedding material. With winter coming we could really use some more dog houses and tarps (used is welcome). Used crates are also always needed. Pick up can be arranged within a reasonable distance. Thank you for your support.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our pets are in foster homes with families to help them transition better into YOUR family. Please email our adoption coordinator at jeibrab@aol.com for more details.
