My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nala is a sweet little bottle feeder that came to us at just 1 week old after her momma had passed away from complications of giving birth. Nala has been the apple of her foster family's eye for the last month and a half. She is such a fun and spunky little pup and will make a great addition to any family! She has been raised with other dogs and cats and older children. Due to her small size we will only consider families with children older than 10 years old. Nala is a tiny little thing and even well meaning little hands and feet could hurt her unintentionally.
We feel like the best home for Nala would be one that has another small dog for her to play with. She loves to play and is always on the move. We also think an active family would be great for her! By the way, Nala found her bark when she was about 3 weeks old and has not stopped "talking" since! She barks when she is happy, when she is playing, when she wants out of her crate to do her business, when she wants to be picked up and when she wants down. She is very much a communicator so if you live in an apartment and there is a concern about your neighbors then Nala is not the girl for you. She isn't a nuisance barker but she will communicate her likes and dislikes to you.
We believe Nala will be in the 10 pound range as an adult. Our adoptions are restricted to residents of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. We do not ship animals or do long distance adoptions. See our adoption policies for more details on our adoption process.
Our adoption events are held at the Petco located at 24413 Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, CA Saturdays from 12pm to 3pm. We do not show our dogs any other time.
