Kelly's Story...
Kelly came to us the day before she delivered her puppies. She was a great mom, and was so sad to see all her puppies leave and find homes. Kelly now has her figure back, and has been spayed and had all her vaccinations. She is a great gal, who loves to crawl up onto your lap and place her head on your chest. We are really not sure of her breeding, but took a guess, as she seems to like to move cattle, so we are saying some border collie in the mix, or even bird dog. Kelly likes to chase the birds out of our bushes. She is house trained, and loves my grandchildren. Kelly would make a wonderful family dog, and she is ready to find just the right family for her. Call 402-846-5100, if interested. Photos soon

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kelly, a Walthill Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever for sale in Walthill, or seeking a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Walthill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walthill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walthill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Border Collie/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walthill paves the way for another one to be saved.
